Hydroseeding

After hydroseeding, proper watering is essential to promote seed germination and establish healthy grass. Daily watering is recommended in the early morning and late afternoon. Proper watering is critical for the success of hydroseeding, so monitor the soil closely and adapt your schedule as needed.
Yes, hydroseeding is generally considered an environmentally friendly method for establishing vegetation. Hydroseeding reduces soil erosion and uses less water compared to laying sod. The process requires fewer materials and labor than traditional seeding or sod, minimizing resource consumption. Hydroseeding also uses fewer chemicals, especially when contractors use organic-based amendments as an alternative chemical fertilizer.

With over 20 years of experience in erosion control and hydroseeding, we have a proven track record of delivering successful projects across a wide range of sizes and industries.

From private construction and commercial developments to large-scale utility projects, our experience and commitment to excellence ensure exceptional results every time.

We utilize hydroseeders with capacities ranging from 500 to 4,000 gallons, allowing us to accommodate projects of all sizes. For large-scale projects, we use truck-mounted hydroseeders. When accessibility is a challenge, we utilize trailer-mounted and Marooka-mounted hydroseeders to ensure even coverage.

Site Preparation & Grading

Each state requires a General Contractor’s License for the respective work being performed. Eco Express holds a General Contractor’s License in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Site preparation included getting the land of your project site ready for construction. This includes installing the proper erosion control measures, clearing of any existing vegetation, establishing the correct grades, and providing proper stabilization.
Getting your permit closed out can be a tedious task. There are often lengthy punch lists to go through, sometimes with multiple contractors. The #1 strategy for an expeditious permit closure is proper stabilization. We achieve this through proper planning and scheduling.

Soil Revitalization

Soil revitalization is the process of restoring depleted or damaged soil to a healthier, more productive state. Healthy soil improves plant growth, retains water more effectively, and reduces the need for chemical inputs.
Organic matter improves soil structure, enhances nutrient retention, and supports beneficial microorganisms. This creates a balanced ecosystem within the soil that promotes long-term health and productivity.
Revitalized soil retains nutrients and moisture more effectively, reducing the need for frequent fertilizer applications. Products like CarbonizPN improve soil health long-term, leading to healthier plants and fewer issues that require follow-up treatments.

EcoMax contributes to soil revitalization by using Mirimichi Green products. Check out the features of using EcoMax and the spec chart here.

Revitalized soil supports sustainable plant growth, reduces erosion, improves water retention, and minimizes dependency on synthetic fertilizers, saving time and resources in the long run.

Signs of poor soil health include compaction, poor water retention, low fertility, and difficulty sustaining healthy plant growth. Soil testing can help identify specific areas that need improvement.
