Eco Express hires experienced Field Superintendent to oversee erosion control and seeding operations on construction sites. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, managing small crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans. Superintendents are responsible for managing and leading a small crew on erosion control and seeding projects. This role includes coordinating daily job-site activities, assigning tasks, and performing or overseeing work such as seeding, matting, and silt fence installation. Superintendents may operate farm tractors and other equipment as needed and are expected to read and interpret project plans and erosion control drawings accurately. They ensure all job sites meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements while maintaining clear communication with project managers and providing regular updates on job progress. Travel to out-of-town job sites is required as needed, with room accommodations and per diem provided.
This position involves operating dozers and other heavy equipment on construction and environmental job sites across multiple locations. Steady, long-term work is available with competitive pay and benefits.Heavy Equipment Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently operating dozers and other heavy equipment to support erosion control and site stabilization projects. This role includes performing grading and site preparation, assisting with erosion control installations such as slope preparation, access road construction, and material placement. Operators work closely with crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule while strictly following all safety policies and job-site regulations. Daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance are required to keep machinery operating safely and reliably. Travel to out-of-town job sites is expected as needed, with per diem provided.
This role combines CDL driving with hands-on field work and equipment operation. Top pay is available for qualified candidates. CDL Drivers are responsible for safely operating CDL Class A vehicles to transport hydroseeding and erosion control equipment to and from job sites. In addition to driving, this role includes operating hydroseeders on site and assisting with erosion control and site stabilization work. CDL Drivers may also operate or assist with equipment such as farm tractors, skid steers, and mini excavators as needed. Daily vehicle and equipment inspections are required, along with strict adherence to DOT regulations, company policies, and all job-site safety requirements. Travel to out-of-town job sites is expected when necessary, with room accommodations and per diem provided.
