Riverlights SF-8

Our team successfully completed erosion control and site stabilization services on approximately 20 acres within the Riverlights community development.

Scope of work included full site preparation, hydroseeding, seeding, installation of erosion control matting, and straw blowing. These services ensured proper vegetative establishment and long-term soil stabilization in compliance with land disturbance regulations.

We are proud to continue our work within the Riverlights community, with additional projects currently underway.

Site preparation in progress: smoothing ruts and raking to create a uniform seed bed ahead of hydroseeding application.

Hydroseeded area shown with clearly defined seed bed preparation. The visible rake lines help channel seed into the soil, enhancing seed-to-soil contact and promoting successful germination.

Hydroseeding applied to the slope ahead of matting installation to promote seed-to-soil contact and ensure effective erosion control.

Installation of erosion control matting around the pond to stabilize slopes, protect soil, and support long-term vegetation growth.

Erosion control matting placed over the seed bed to stabilize the slope and prevent displacement of seed and sand into roadway.

Straw applied over a hydroseeded area to retain soil moisture, regulate temperature, and support optimal seed germination conditions.

Hydroseeding areas throughout the community development complete.
